Study and Understanding of Member's Feedback,Critical Comments Overview Guide:
We all know that,100% positive feedback is the best what each of us can expect, however the eBay reputation system does need some
comments. Usually the first glance on 100% unspoiled reputation gives us "the peace in the heart",in most cases it is so...
But I also advice to see what did this eBay member give to others, which is not always the same to what he received,it may open Your eyes on the hidden side of the member's nature.
Well, if there is not 100% positive feedback people may want to know more of the non-positive cases.
SELLER's non-100%-POSITIVE FEEDBACK:
Depending on the assortiment of sales, personal psychology, strategy of giving feedback to buyers, country location etc seller may have less or more of the non-positives in his profile.
One, selling wide public interest objects, as that PC computers and parts, cellular telephones, clothing, cars etc etc may expect higher percent of unadvanced, careless, deadbeat, jerk and of a kind bidders, which causes more conflicts, has higher risk to obtain non-positive feedback. I would say positive under 98% for total score of feedbacks 500+ is somewhat not good even in this area of sales.
Other seller, selling somewhat very special, very special collectibles, particular narrow interest professional class equipment etc. where You can expect the professional buyer, a specialist, knowledged person most likely with high intelligence and culture, You may expect less conflicts. I would say positive under 99% for total score of feedbacks 500+ is somewhat not good here.
When counting non-positives You should also look at the score of mutually withdrawn feedbacks - if it is too much of them, problem with this seller can be expected... Of course when the total of feedback is low, say (26) or (72) or (114), just one or a few negatives may cause the very bad % in total. But if the seller of high score alike 500+ 1000+ or 45300+ has the 91.7% or 93.3% or 96.2% he is DANGEROUS to BUY FROM...
Possible reasons of bad % of positive feedback score:
1)Dishonesty - the buyer does not receive the item, or receives garbage, or not what was advertised in the listing. Or also for selling forged items (forged brands, forged coins, forged philatelic items etc).
2)Carelessness - buyers do receive very weak communications, which makes them nervous. (Possibly weak responding or unstable email address).
3)Improfessional service - weak packing, huge of missents or improfessional seller of professional class items (misrepresented items etc), low quality items.
4)Reactive psychic - angry or explosive person, guy is fast with giving negatives and of course receives them back.
5)The combinations of the reasons mentioned in points 1.2.3.4.
6)Huge of deadbeat, crooks and other bad bidders contingent due to selling area.
BIDDER's non-100%-POSITIVE FEEDBACK:
Bidder with weak % of positives, huge of negatives, can be expected either to be unstable-payee or chronical deadbeat or scandalist, who always/often gets intentionally or unintentionally involved into conflicts.
Absent minded people usually do pay after reminding, but their reputation also can be spoiled by negatives.
Bidders from isolated areas, uncivilized countries, using the unstable payment methods also can own some negatives.
I almost have forgotten to mention the crooks, who could also had been punished with bad feedbacks.
I recommend sellers to study the buyers profile before adding the negative.
This is is the overview in short.
