Charms
Sterling Silver 925 is the quality of silver for a good charm bracelet. A good heavy chain link bracelet is the perfect bracelet for holding alot of sterling silver charms. Charms do however come in all different metals. There are Pewter charms too. Pewter charms that are made out of 100% lead free pewter. They are fine polished charms. They also make enamel coated charms now that are less expensive then the real silver brass, copper or gold.
Silver charms come in different styles, designs, sizes and different colors. Most charms come in a standard 1/2" size but they can vary in size and length. They can also vary in kinds of charms like Pewter, Silver, Brass, Copper, and Gemstones.
The heart charms are still a little girl's favorites. They have I love you hearts, floating type hearts, flowered hearts, the puffy style hearts and plain little flat hearts. The charms like above have messages on them, they come in all different sayings. From sports, like cheerleading, baseball to family member names, like Aunt, Uncle, Neice, etc.

They also have the adorable childrens charms like the disney characters, the monkey charms and the flip flop charms. These are usually very bright colored.
In sports catergory they have soccer, ice skating, roller skating, skate boarding, baseball, football, cheerleadering, and basketball. They come in many different shapes too. Cheerleading they have megaphones and cheerleader charms with girls with megaphones. Baseball they mitts and balls and bats.
I have gemstone cross charms that come in handcarved gemstones like Cherry Quartz and Turquoise. These charms are made in China.
Religious charms like the praying hands, crosses, try God, or crosses come in all different types and sizes.
Christmas charms are popular too, with elves, santa claus, Christmas tree, and ornaments.
Holiday charms like Easter, Christmas, Halloween, and Valentine's Day can be found here on Ebay too.
The Mythical charms like the unicorns are collector's favorites.
Good Luck charms are fun too, with charms like the bingo cards, four leaf clovers, and slot machines are found here on Ebay too.
The traditional Charms are the only Charms I have described so far, but the very popular Italian charms are found everywhere. Here on Ebay we have many different styles of Italian charms too. The Italian charms are the little square stretchy charms that you fit together in square links as a bracelet. They come in all different sayings and symbols too.
Hearts are really popular in charms too. They come in plain flat hearts, like the Tiffany heart link bracelet, which is one of the most popular bracelets on the market. The Puffy heart charms are little charms made in a puffy thick heart shape. They come in many different sizes, from very tiny to quite large hearts. Enamel heart charms come mainly in pinks and reds, but can come in other colors too. The charms with popular saying like I love you or Mom etc.etc. can come in almost anything you want. From sports, to family members to religious sayings such as Try God or Jesus loves you.
The religious charms are popular too. The praying hands are a beautiful charm. Crosses of every kind and shape for charms. The sizes of these can vary alot.

One of my favorites is the candy charms, little lollipops and wrapped candies and ice cream cones. Just about any kinds of candy charms you like you can find here on Ebay.
There are vintage charms, that go back to the late 1800's and up to the 1940's and reproductions of those old vintage charms. Either one is a nice addition to a new or old charm bracelet.
Here on Ebay you can find alot of vintage and antique charms, the price is much higher for these. The vintage charms are usually silver and have an aged look to them.
Charm bracelets can be plain or plated silver or plated gold, here on Ebay we do have those charms too. They are nice for faddish jewelry or a young girl, who doesn't want to keep the bracelet for many many years.
Up above is a new charm I found. It is Tibetan Silver, a really nice antique finished silver at a reasonable price. This charm is adorable, it is a heart shape charm with "Made with Love" on it. Perfect for Necklaces for that special granddaughter, daughter or child in your life. It also makes an adorable charm for on a charm bracelet.
I found here on Ebay a site where you can find the cherished Monkey charms that all 8-9 year old girls just have to have. Also the enamel flip flop charms that are real popular with the little girls too.
They range in price from about $3.00 to $12.00 in price for sterling silver charms. $5.00 for six charms that are not sterling silver they are enamel over silver plating.
I like the idea of buying the six little girl charms for that price. I have a lot of granddaughters a great neice and neice and daughter that like these things so it's a good buy for me.
The Italian links bracelets with the sliding connections are really a teenager's favorite. They come in every charm you could want or think of. The cutest I have seen are the m&m's with the little m&m man on it. Adorable! We have those too here on Ebay. Just check out the links above and look for Candy!

These flip flop charms and the monkey charms are real popular with the preteen girls, also the young teen. They are very brightly colored and made from metal with enamel over the top, they usually come in about a 3/4" to 1" size. The little girl's wear them on charm bracelets or as necklaces but they can be used on backpacks and on zippers too.
These jingle bells are the metal charms, they are brightly colored and used on both charm bracelets and for many different crafts. Little girl's charm bracelets are cute with these added. The craft use for these charm bells are endless.
The Southwestern Charms, are really popular too. They come in all styles of horses, from horse and jockey, to horses heads, horses heads on horseshoes, to hats, saddles cactus, and etc. This one pictured is an example of Pewter, finely polished, 100% lead free. They have about the same brillance and look of quality silver. These are esspecially brillant. They range differently in price, but go for less money then the silver. You can find them from .99 and up. The sizes can really vary from 1/2" to 1" is usual, but their are some that are as large as 2 inches. Usually with this size you will see the size mentioned, but you should still always ask if it isn't posted because sometimes they are that large.
