As a fellow Ebay'r said not long ago, "Feedback don't say it all". I recently won a WR500 clutch cover from these folks and I don't usually place bids with folks of less "scruptulous" feedbacks but this was not one of them. I paid promtly, as it's the thing to do, or atleast notify the seller of an incoming payment method. When my package arrived I was tempted to go on and leave my feedback as it came plenty fast. I thought I'd better open it up and check for shipping damage. None. But what I did find was a busted, dirty, oil coverd part I would not have even advertised. A quick pass with a paper towel would have solved all the trouble. The caved in spot couldn't have been missed.
Anyways, contact was made, although very slow on thier part as for some reason they never return calls and it takes days to get email responses. Excuses aside, I run 2 businesses and customer relations are of the utmost importance if you want repeat business. We made arrangements to ship it back and they would cover all cost. A nice thing to do. When I got home from vacation it was in the box marked "refused".
The answer I got was " We have no idea" who did this. I sent it insured with delivery confirmation. Had to be somebody there. They said send it again. I have no problems with this but after getting burned twice I refused to pay the shipping and ask that they foward me a label as a gesture of good faith on thier behalf.
Well it has escalated to a Paypal dispute, I got my first bad feedback which is a blatant lie, and have also got screwed out of the 8.55 return shipping. I have pics of everything should anyone need help in deciding to buy with this group.
