1. Where is the Steam Shower Manufactured?
-Most units are manufactured in China unless stated otherwise

2. Can this unit fit through a door?
-Our units are completely disassembled, which will fit through a standard 28" door opening. Units that come with a tub may not fit; however, the skirts are removable to minimize that width.

3. What does the unit come with?
-Our units come with everything that is pictured. Please note that some detailed pictures are close ups representing the manufacturer's work and may not be the exact model.

4. How do you install the unit?
There are instructions that come with each and every unit. The basics are: 110V with 30amp for the steam generator and 20amps for the water pump for the jacuzzi style tub.

5. Who can install/assemble this unit?
Any licensed contractor, plumber, and electrician. Please make sure that they are fully aware that all of our units come completely disassembled.

6. How much PSI does it need?
Minimal 27 PSI.

7. Can all the functions be used at the same time?
No, you cannot because using the steam shower and shower at the same time will defeat the purpose of having a steam shower.

Yes, you can.

It's curb side delivery by a freight company on a pallet. Customer must inspect the unit thoroughly before signing for the unit.
