Be Happy. Dance a lot. Eat only when hungry. Eat more fruits and vegatables and no white flour and very little salt and sugar. Take care of your body and it will last you much longer. You need to dance and exercise more to keep your joints, muscels, etc in proper shape. Few exercises are more fun than dancing so do not let I HATE TO EXERCISE become your excuse for not staying in shape. Tell yourself that you are not a child. You need to do certain things to maintain good health. Just like your car needs to be started and run everyday as well as oiled and gased and maintained to perform well, your body needs proper maintenance. Feeding it the wrong foods is like putting sugar in your gas tank. When was the last time you did that? Does this mean you value your auto more than your body? When was the last time you put water in the gas? I, knew it! You do take better care of your car than yourself. Now is the time to change. Look at my store for items to help you stay on track. Doctors don't even understand that diabetes is more about carbs than sugar, because ALL CARBS BECOME SUGAR! Some take longer to convert and be used by the body, and are therfore better because they help you maintain even sugar levels, instead of just dumping a spoonfull of sugar into your blood stream instantly, which almost always elevates your blood sugar.
