Where do I begin about E Bay? I have four wonderful kids and a loving husband. I am a stay at home mom and E Bay is my job. At first it was a very part time fun hobby for me. Now let's just say it is a full time job. The benefits are a full time income! It is not only fun but very rewarding. I am my own boss. I set my own hours, I decide my wages and best of all I get to meet the e bay community on a daily basis. I have bought books on how to start your own e bay business to E Bay for Dummies. I find that I just like to look for deals to resell to people around the world. Shopping is so much fun! And getting paid to do it, that's even more fun.

I obviously buy to resell. I buy to make extra money, but at the same time to offer buyers bargains! Everyone loves to get a bargain. I buy cheap to offer it to buyers cheap, but at the same time make a profit. All my auctions have very low starting bids. It's all about getting a bargain, right? Believe it or not, I charge exact shipping. Who wants inflated shipping costs? I don't need to make money off my shipping. Buyers love to pay just what it costs to have the item shipped to them.

I try to stay up to date on the latest fashions and trends. I deal with a lot of clothing. Brand names and styles are very important, especially now a days. I like to have a variety of items for sale this way I catch a variety of people. They may be looking at my handmade scrapbooks and at the same time they find themselves a new wardrobe I have available.

Customer service. Let me tell you CUSTOMERS are #1!!! I answer all questions as soon as I see them. I ship out within 3 days after payment is received. I communicate like crazy! Something wrong with an item you purchased from me? No problem. Replacement or refund will be given. I have 100% feedback and I think that shows that CUSTOMERS are PRIORITY!

Tips & Tricks: End auctions later in the evening so that people are home from work and get those last minute bids in. Buy your product as cheap as possible so you can make a bigger profit. Start bidding on auctions low. Sell in lots. More quantity, bigger bids. Don't over inflate shipping charges. Advertise (business cards) get your name out. Stay up on the latest trends and fashions and what's hot! Know what to sell and the best time to sell it. RESEARCH RESEARCH RESEARCH... Get to know E Bay and what it has to offer. And most of all have the best customer service! Let your buyers know you are a trusted seller.
