I wish I read all the reviews on Ebay prior to bidding on auctions at liquidation.com, so I'm writing this review in the hopes that someone else will learn from my mistake.

I was excited to find liquidation.com and found what seemed like a good deal on some brand name women's perfume. I was the winning bidder, and submitted payment the same day. I should have done better research prior to bidding because with the addition of the buyer's premium and the insane shipping costs, my purchase wasn't a bargain at all. Either way, I won the auction, so I paid and waited for my shipment.

3 weeks went by, no shipment and no correspondence from liquidation.com. I sent several e-mails to customer service, after which I received a notice saying my order was canceled and I would be issued a refund. There was no explanation as to why my order was canceled, and they probably wouldn't have even notified me unless I contacted them first. I waited several more weeks for the refund, and sent another e-mail to customer service. After I've sent these e-mails several times, I received a response from RaSheedah Shorter in their Buyer Relations Department saying the refund was sent through PayPal, and I should contact them instead. She did not give me a refund transaction ID, date it was issued, nothing. I was basically told to go bother someone else. I've had an account with PayPal for over 5 years, and never had any problems with refunds. For some reason the refund from liquidation.com never showed up and I've since filed a report.

There are multitudes of complaints about liquidation.com on the net, and their BBB report is horrendous. I'm surprised these people are still in business. Save yourself the time and your hard-earned money. Buying from liquidation.com is just not worth it!
