First, I do not work for the Company, or do I have any Family working for this Company. I am a person that will not buy warrentys from the store , you know the extended coverage. Thats a rip off. If you buy a pruduct new, then its covered for the year. It breaks, send it back and get another one. Thats my stance on Warrentys.

When buying on E-bay, you have to be careful, due to the charactors that sell. Take for instance you pay $300.00 plus for a LCD, Plasma TV. You know it better work.

So I have purchased a few items that cost some money. Evertime this ad for "Square Trade Warrenty came up. I would just blow it away. Like I said I don`t believe in warrentys. I think that 95% rip you off.

Heres what sold me and all that I tell you is TRUE. I had purchased a used PS-3. Had no Warrenty that I could use. So this time when the AD for Square Trade pop up I said what the hell. I e-mailed them and for the cost I placed a 2 year warrenty. Now I really thought I was going to get ripped off because of the price of the Warrenty. It was pennies.

2 months later my PS-3 that I bought on E-bay froze up. Quite working. I went on-line and filed a claim for the warrenty on the PS-3. I Called them also. Keep pestering them. Within 3 days they had sent a box to place my PS-3 in and paid for the postage.

Now I was waiting to be instructed that the part that broke was not covered. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. They informed me in 5 days that they would refund the amount of money that I paid for in my Pay Pal account. The money was in there less then 24 hrs. Now I did call everyday just to be a pain in the ass, but they where always friendly and fast.

Said to myself I got lucky. I purchased a LCD TV. Did the same thing. Purchased the Warrenty. Guess what, 3 months the TV stopped. Did the same routine like I did with the PS-3. The Box arrived and 6 days later they informed me that the would refund the money back into my account. TV was broke beyond repair.

I know have 5 items that I have purchase a warrenty with this Company. I never had a Warrenty Company live up to there Billing, or advertising. This is my story and I have to examples to go with it. I can`t speak for anybody else, if you purchase an item on E-bay, I would look into this Company for a Warrenty. You will be surprised how cheap it is. That is why I thought it was a rip-off.  ITS NOT. By my dealings I have never ran across awarrenty that lived up to its advertising. I highly recommend them, and that the truth !!!!!. These days you money is an assset that needs to be protected when purchasing an item that cost`s you. These are hard times and nobody wants to get rip off. That why I wrote about my experance that I have had twice. I thought it would be good to share what happened to me to other people who purchase items.
