I bought from bidallies 3 phones and also bought square trade warranties. Well, 2 phones immediately I had to send back because of condition and 1 was locked. Of course you only get part of your money back. The 3rd I kept though not in best condition like stated and giving my daughter not what she expected and wanted. Dang it was her 18th birthday present that i got her alittle bit early.I contacted Bid Allies the seller and we went round and round so then I contacted square trade and they told me a dozen or mor reasons why they were not responsible either. I never was offered by either my money and needless to say I paid alot for the Palm Treo phone as well as the so-called warranty. Bid Allies finally agreed for me to send the phone back. y daughter mailed it back,of course another expense. I never heard from them. Finally in March I emailed them and they gave some bull about the phone being scratched and antenna off and looked like someone had tried to fix it or mess with it. This is all untrue and if it would have been true then they would have contacted me immmediately or shortly after they received the phone. So, now I'm screwe d no phone for my daughter, no money back and no warranty or money from Square Trade. I would never suggest anyone to use Square Trade or buy from bidallies. Even though when they seen about the first 2 phones I gave bidallies a good score. Now how do you let the public know what kind of operation bidallies and square trade havce going on?
