NEW Spoof eMail pretending to be from eBay: PowerSeller/PowerBuyer Program

Watch out for this spoof email coming into your regular inbox:

subject is: Bronze PowerSeller/PowerBuyer Program

This is a spoof email. Do not click on any of the links within the body of the message.

Report the spoof eMail to eBay by forwarding it to eBay at:

 eBay Customer Support [spoof@ebay.com]

Copy & Paste this email address into your address book for reporting scam emails. If you are not sure the email is fake/a fraud report it and let eBay deal with it. They will send you a follow-up email regarding the spoof.

Just do not click on any links in the scam/sham email. This is how they will attemp to steal your eBay ID and password, and they will if you click on the links.

Please note that when eBay invites you to the Power Sellers Program a message will be sent to your eBay Messages within your My eBay area.
