Spanish Moss

It is an airplant found along the southern US coast and South America. It is a long soft very fluffy grey hair like plant that grows on trees. It absorbs water very well and turns green when wet.

It works great as covering the soil in potted plants to help them retain moister.

It works great in artifical floral arangements to hide the foam and add a neutral color.

And used in other craft ideas as well as decoration year round.

It works great in reptile cages as their bedding.

Or even as Halloween decorations on your front porch and trees................................... 

Some people like to just let it grow in there trees for that good old deep south country look.
