I have never had a failure or issue with any of their product and would recommend this notebook to anyone looking for a nice light powerful PC.

Only dislike I have is in the location of the external connection ports located at the sides of the unit. This seems to be the design trend for most newer models and is easily corrected by using an optional docking station where the connections are located at the rear of the station.
