Have you ever reached for a diaper, go to put it on your baby and realize one of the tabs is missing or you broke the tab off.  You really hate to throw the diaper away since their not that cheap.  I'm sure you've heard tons of ideas.  Double the diaper up so you can use the second diapers tab and then use the second diaper later.  Here is the easiest solution I have found for this one.

Tape.  Just use some scotch tape to tape the diaper closed. 

I didn't know this with my first child and learned it later with my second.  I can't believe all those diapers we just threw in the trash.
