Let me ask you a question. Which do you think is easier to get? A million dollars from one person or one dollar from a million people? As a real estate investor who actually has a million dollars in the bank I might be better suited to answering this question than most and though it is true that people give me more than one dollar each month I have learnt, the hard way, that it makes more sense to diversify your holdings and spread the income streams and the risk than to concentrate everything on one property which may well remain vacant a couple months each year and wipe out all your profit.
