I originally was using "Nuphedrine" but after receiving samples of "Skinny Magic" from my supplier and trying them was hooked. I stopped the Nuphedrine because I noticed that it was making my skin look terrible, especially on my forehead and I wasn't really seeing the results that I wanted to. My supplier had sent me samples of the Skinny Magic telling me that it was her favorite. I decided to give it a try and really liked that I didn't have the nasty side-effects that come with many of these diet pills.
The biggest difference with Skinny Magic is that it really supresses your appetite but I'm not feeling all jittery and low-blood sugar fatigue like some others that I have taken make you feel, including the Nuphdrine. I take one Skinny Magic in the AM, and then another early PM, they recommend not taking the product too late in the afternoon because it could affect your sleep. I am almost done with one bottle and I am slimmer and trimmer and I can't say that I have been to the gym at all. I live a pretty active lifestyle as I am a hairdresser so I am constantly on my feet when I am at work. I'm definitely not a "sit around" type of person when I'm not working, but like I said, I haven't necessarily upped my physical activity with the gym or anything. I think just the fact that this product does supress your appetite, you eat less because you don't feel hungry, and when you do eat, after a few bites, I feel satiated and don't find myself overeating at all. So in time, you start to see the weight come off.
I haven't told anyone that I have been so called "dieting", and especailly not telling people about Skinny Magic because of the mixed reactions you get when you tell people that you are taking diest pills. But people haved been starting to comment on my physique, that I am looking trimmer and loosing weight. I'm not a super overwieght person to begin with, but over the past few years and after turning 30 I have noticed that any weight that I did put on was really hard to take off. I just wanted somethng that would give me a bit of a jump start so that I would be motivated to hit the gym and stick with it. I was getting so frustrated originally because I would work out 4 times a week and see very few results, and just because of my age. I even went to the doctor and had all sorts of tests done to see if there was a medical reason that I could not shed the weight and there wasn't. My doctor just explained that my metabloism had slowed down due to age, the only thing that would speed it up was by taking speed...and that's not an option.
So I am recommending that if you're thinking about it to give Skinny Magic a try. Hopefully you won't have any of the harsh side-effects that so many diet pills have and hopefully in time you too will start to see a difference. The only diet pill/supplement that I have tried a long time ago that actually worked for me was the old Metabolife that did have speed in it. But I have to say that I think it did make me kind of crazy. I didn't have the negative effect of gaining it all back when I stopped taking it, and I hope the same with Skinny Magic too.
