Start by measuring the circumference (and they said we would never need this stuff out of high school) the fullest part of your head in inches.

SMALL
6 1/2 - 6 3/4 Hat Size
20 1/2 - 21 1/4 inch Head Size

MEDIUM
6 7/8 - 7 3/8 Hat Size
21 5/8 - 23 5/8  inch Head Size

LARGE
7 3/8 - 7 5/8 Hat Size
23 1/4 - 24 inch Head Size
