At first I wasn't going to buy the CE100 because of all the mixed reviews (mostly bad), but I did. I was between this & the Disney Brother, honestly because of price. I'm so glad I bought the Futura, I  LOVE it!! The options are endless because it works through your computer & you can buy different software as you get better (& money in your pocket). It has 2 hoop sizes with one being the larger hoop size 4.5" X 6.75". It also uses many different embroidery formats & an automatic threader. The *only* difference between the CE100 & the CE200 are, the CE-200 comes with more decorative stitches in regular sewing mode & it comes with Autopunch Software already built into the Futura software. I personally don't care for Autopunch because the pictures have to be clean (perfect lines with clear colors) with not a lot of small detail or you will get a blob, literally. When it comes to embroidering, there is NO difference in the end result.  Most of the complains about this machine are from user error, the needle needs to be up when it is turned on or it will beep, the top thread needs to be threaded correctly or you will get a thread break error when the thread isn't broken, the small hoop can't be screwed on the machine when you turn it on or you'll get a beep. Seriously, easy to fix minor things that has to do with the *person* working the machine, not the machine itself. Once you get to know the little quirks this machine has you will love it too. The support is the BEST in the world, there are a few yahoo groups only for the Futura machines where you can post your problem & someone WILL have the answer. If I had to do it all over again I would, I am a very happy camper with my Futura CE100. I have only 'sewn' on this machine a few times & the sewing is so smooth. It is really a great machine to sew on but I like to do 2 things at once (embroider & sew) so I use my other sewing machine (Brother) for sewing & my Futura to embroider. I am totally addicted to embroidering & use my Futura almost daily :)

I always ask the person that has it "Would you buy it again if you had the chance?"......I've had my Futura for a year & a half and yes, I would buy it again!!
