Taking Off The Pounds Can Be Very Difficult
Here are a few tips to make things easier, without a lot of effort.
- When shopping always park as far from the store as possible, so you have to walk a little further
- Take the stairs, not the elevator
- Eat more fiber, fiber makes you feel fuller
- Eat 6-8 small meals throughout the day instead of three large ones
- DO NOT skip breakfast
- Drink 8 glasses of water a day
- Stay away from FAST FOOD
- Do not deny yourself "treats", just eat them in moderation
- Eat healthy snacks, fruits and vegetables
- Brush your teeth, to tell your brain & body you are DONE eating
