Taking Off The Pounds Can Be Very Difficult

Here are a few tips to make things easier, without a lot of effort.

  1. When shopping always park as far from the store as possible, so you have to walk a little further
  2. Take the stairs, not the elevator
  3. Eat more fiber, fiber makes you feel fuller
  4. Eat 6-8 small meals throughout the day instead of three large ones
  5. DO NOT skip breakfast
  6. Drink 8 glasses of water a day
  7. Stay away from FAST FOOD
  8. Do not deny yourself "treats", just eat them in moderation
  9. Eat healthy snacks, fruits and vegetables
  10. Brush your teeth, to tell your brain & body you are DONE eating
