Ok I have to admit instead of buying my shoes the way I always have by going to the mall and using one of the big companies Footlocker or Finishline or Champs I decided to leap out on faith and purchase my shoes online, big mistake. I really wanted a pain of 1995 Air Maxs so I found a pair through a company called shoeboxsavings.com. They had good feedback and I thought I was getting a good deal but I was wrong. I purchased the shoes for 79.95 with free shipping, the shipping took forever which makes me believe they might have had them drop shipped, also the quality of the shoe was B grade and made me return them the day I got them. There were a couple of dead give aways that these were not the same quality of shoe that I would purchase from the mall. The first one was the box it came in, it was a thin knockoff Nike box, I know for a fact Nike does not use these thin boxes they use high quality boxes that will last a life time and are great to keep imporant papers ect ect. Second the shoe that I bought which was a 1995 Air Max glow in the dark edition was being sold for close to 150 dollars at other places yet I found the same shoe being sold by shoeboxsavings.com with a 49.99 no reserve plus 10 dollars shipping auction after the fact I bought my shoes from them. Therefore they we were to sell these shoes for sixty dollars yet 1995 air maxs no matter how horrible the color combination is go for no less then a hundred dollars. Third was the insoles that came with the shoes they were cheaply made and not the same quality that Nike would release. I talked to a customer rep at this company "Jen" who assured me before I bought my shoes that they were not knock offs and even said they were not B quality she assured me that the company buys these shoes directly from Nike. Well now that I got that off my chest I hope this little guide I made makes you think twice before you purchase shoes from them, no matter how good their feedback looks to you just remember at least if you go to the mall you know what your actually getting peace out : )
