Hello and welcome to my ebay world!  Those of you who sell a large quanity of items on here know how frustrating shipping can be, well it can be a bit easier if you get a system and stick with it,

1.) Ship once per week NO Exception   pick a day that suites you what day is good for you?

2) post on all auctions/ store or listing the day you ship on so theres no confusion even include a paid by time limit to ensure shipping

3.) List your items so they will end in accordance with this shipping date so theres no straglers

4.)stick to the plan dont alter it

Results  from once per week shipping

1.) lower expenses on your vehicle  less gas.less wear & tear

2.) more free time thruout the week for family things

3.) everything is ready to ship on one day  not have to go back & back again

Surplus

1.) you have more time to list items inventory checks & control is more accurate

2.) less headaches start on one day boxing  Box 90 to 100 percent of items in one day

box only items that are paid for, never prepare an item that is not payment clear (could be more work to unrap and relist it)

3.) make/print labels  same time you do the feedbacks

4.) Keep a log book, manual log book of item sold, to whom, auction number  and what ever else you need you can do a cost vs sale audit on same log sheet if need be

5.) More organized equals less errors

6.) more time for you & family
