If you are not aware of it you can not use PayPal to ship to those serving in our armed services. This has left us sellers out in the cold, fighting lines and dealing with the not so nice postmaster. Many sellers have simply refused to ship to these addresses because of the hassle involved. Now it has been simplified. You can print and ship from the comfort of your own computer desk.
Start by going to the USPS web site.
Click "Print a Shipping label" 3rd option over at the top of the page.
Choose "United States" and click "go".
Fill out all shipping address information for yourself and the buyer. Where you choose the state for your buyer you have the normal options plus American Samoa, Guam, North Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, AA, AE and AP. You will see the mailing restrictions and customs forms requirements for your packages destination. These are simple forms that require very basic information. You can either get a handful in advance to have plus the special plastic envelopes that go with them from the local post office or order them for free online at the USPS web site. Postage is charged at the domestic rate and delivery confirmation is free with priority mail.
You can pay with a credit or debit card. Then stick it in the mail. It is that simple.
Lets support our troops!
