Anniejo's Antiques and Crafts Our 49th and 50th States are just as important as the rest of them but, as far as shipping is concerned they might as well be out of the country. It is important for the buyers to wait for an invoice as the shipping charges are much more than the other States and it is embarrassing to ask for more shipping charges to be payed after a payment is sent by paypal.  Actually it is always a good idea to wait for an invoice to purchase by anyone. That is why invoices are available. This also applies to anyone purchasing out of the Continental USA. The charges are too steep to absorb and shipping times are considerably longer and need to be disgussed. An addendum to that is that you should ad Puerto Rico . It too, is a more costly place in the US to ship. Yes, I know it isn't a state but, no customs papers are required and it is comparable to the above states in costs to ship.

Someone even emailed me and said they were zone 8 same as California but, believe me it is more than that. It makes a difference as to the cost.
