These are tough times we live in and it pays to be cautious and frugal with your money. I have seen to my chagrin a constant and continuos tendecy in sellers to overcharge in shipping. Some of this is petty graft to down right thievery. Most people are not stupid and when given the chance at fair play will respond decently. It is not only unfair to overcharge in shipping, it is dishonest. Example: seller wants $10.00 to ship a one ounce item to buyer. Buyer pays this and recieves item in standard 50cent envelope with postage marked $1.00(max). No insurance, no confirmation of delivery, not even priority. The seller just pocketed $8.50 of the buyers money because he could. Now gentlemen this example is not too far from what actually occurs on this site. Some sellers are getting away with robbery and shear banditry with these shipping prices. It is my sincerest hope that this problem is looked into and addressed. The majority of the Ebay community are decent people. Alas, a few always seem to spoil it for the majority. Leonard Smith
