First I would like to state I am a ongoing ebayer seller, and a long time trusted buyer.
Like most when i sell an Item I sell everything as is no warrenty no returns no refunds
I also offer shipping insurance on all my items.
Beware sellers I have had a problem with some people they purchase a item and when they recieve it they file a claim stating they wanted there money back due to the item being damaged.BUYERS NEED TO RELIZE IF THEY DONT INSURE THE ITEM IT IS NOT THE SELLERS RESPONSIBLILTY FOR IT TO GET THERE IN ONE PEICE. we the sellers are not the usps, ups or whatever other shipping company.
If the item breaks then I am sorry purchase insurance next time.
For the most part if my buyer emails me and states the item broke 99% of the time I like to work with them because they are nice to deal with.. But when someone emails me with nasty speech etc and leave negative feedback before contacting me then sorry you are on your own
so what i am saying buyers please purchase insurance sellers are not responible after item leaves there property
and sellers off insurance and on item that can break make it not optional make it required so you dont get someone that will ruin your feedback and cause you hell
