Since some of the changes in eBay's display of auctions - "the looks"- some Sellers have discovered that they can start an auction off REAL CHEAP with Free Shipping  ... and trap Bidders on a REQUIRED Insurance Charge!

These Sellers of these auctions are counting on Bidders seeing FREE Shipping and super cheap 1 cent ... 99 cents ... etc starting price, then quickly bidding the 1 cent or 99 cents ...

These Sellers are counting on that the bidder will fail to click on the Shipping Tab and see that there is a REQUIRED Insurance Charge of some Ridiculous High Amount before bidding

TRUE Example: Fishing Lure for 1 cent ...FREE Shipping ... some Bidder sees this and quickly bids ...

After the auction, the Bidder receives an Invoice for $3.01 !  What $3.01 !!!!!

Bidder got TRAPPED ... yes, there is Free Shipping and Bidder won for 1 cent  ...

... BUT $3.01 is the Final Invoice Price.  Yes, the $3.00 REQUIRED Insurance made this "bargain" not so much of a "bargain".
