Well hello everyone~! I Thought I would take the time to write about shipping insurance from the seller's Side, well my experience with the post.
When you as a buyer receive an item if it is broken, FIRST off let the seller know, then take all of the packing and the broken item down to the post office with the POSTAL receipt that was on the package. From there you fill out papers of insurance, and it takes some time if it is not immediate for the postal insurance to refund you as the buyer.
If all else fails, contact your seller again and work it out.
