Since october 2005, Italian Post Office has introduced a UE rule that obliges all states to check at their frontiers for all non-communitary sent items. The rule will allow the Italian Post to delivery your parcel from the frontier office to your home at 5.5 euros. <p>Buyer might want to pick up the parcel himself to save the extra cost and stop leaving negative feedback for seller for being charged the extra (almost 50% of the negative feedback my ebay account received was related to this issue until we was notified by a customer regarding this rule, and obviously all their comments are unfair and at the same time having negative impact to our business).
