Definition of an "hour" of damage.

An hour of damage is defined as a unit of damage that a typical repair shop would charge one hour labor to repair.  Types of damage can range between dents, bends, rust, cracking, creasing, and parkinglot dings.  Typically, a single hour of damage would be completely conceled if covered by a credit card.
