Remember when choosing a dress that if you don't like showing your arms, you can still choose a strapless or spaghetti strap style by adding a shrug, bolero, or light weight jacket.  There are tons of them on eBay to choose from.

Remember to accessorize with pretty jewelry and great little beaded bags.  Wear comfortable shoes.  It is a known fact that your legs look best in heels - if you can't tolerate the stilettos, try a wedge or platform.  Buy some shimmer powder or shimmer lotion for your neck and arms - there are lots of great  products right here on eBay for a fraction of the cost.  If you wear a backless style, be sure to shimmer your back also.
