Seven for Great China Wall (GCW) - Jeans & Denim
In 2005, the design team at Seven for All Mankind released the Great China Wall collection, also known the GCW collection. This launch was coordinated with the introduction of the More 7 Brand dreamed up by the wizards at the Ron Harmond Studios. Together, the GCW jeans and the More 7 creations helped spur even more growth for the upstart Seven For All Mankind LLC Company.
Great China Wall jeans begin their journey to the factory shelves in either Italy or Japan. Fabrics there are carefully crafted and then shipped off to Los Angeles to be laundered and styled for best fit, fashion and sophisticated aesthetics. The company has been around for less than a decade (started up in 2004 by Peter Koral), yet its lineup continues to grow and mature as the brand continues to gain international exposure.
In addition to the Great China Wall collection, Seven for All Mankind offers a unique children's denim collection (released in the 2005 autumn season) as well as a superior men's denim collection. Seven actually began the trend of incorporating unique, creative designs on the back pocket--numerous other "innovative" jeans manufacturers have since copied this idea.
You can find Seven for All Mankind Great China Wall jeans in more than 70 countries, and the company in total rakes in a quarter of a billion dollars plus per year--and figures suggest that this amount will only grow in the years to come.
