First charge watch for at least 1 hour before using. When connecting to computer remember not to format or flash watch as it be rendered inoperable and will void the warranty.

To Resize band: Take watch to local watch repair shop to resize watch band. For most men, take out two links, and for most Women, take out out 2-4 pins. Save pins because then can be replaced to enlarge later.

Charge: place USB cord in either the usb of computer or USB adapter plug to electrical current. When watch is charging you should see picture of USB plug and battery as charging is in progress. when plugged into the USB of computer, you should see ready on the display. Display will not stay lit.

Power on/off: Press left side bottom button the play button(2nd one from top) for about 5 sec. If nothing occurs watch may need charging.

MP3: Press the menu button (1st one) to access mode, then press play twice.

Videos: Press the menu button to access mode, then press the forward button ( right bottom) once to select movies. To exit video mode. press play button for two seconds, the files should appear, press menu and you are out of video mode..

Voice Recorder:

Display Time: If watch is powered off , press and hold the menu button for 5 sec. Time will display temporary and then shut back off automatically. You can set watch to display time for any lenght of time or display photos or remain off.

Basic Troubleshooting:

If video freezes, let watch turn off itself by letting battery discharge, then charge watch up, play watch videos and see if it happens again. If this keeps occurring, erase all videos using the computer and try adding different videos.  If problem persists send watch for warranty exchange if purchased less than one year.

If you see the LCD screen still lit when you power down send watch back for warranty exchange.

Some videos may cause freeze ups, when this occurs, discharge battery by letting watch stay on and discharge by itself. Then charge watch up and see if occurs again, if it does I would remove that video from watch in explorer on computer.
