Are you a 16 year old child??? Are your friends going to make fun of you because a rhinestone is missing from the purse?? I think you're completley overreacting to this issue.  I honestly didn't even noticed anything was wrong with the purse. If i had known i wouldn't have hesitated to put in the description. Also, by the way, once i saw your pictures, compared to mine, it COMPLETLEY shows that those rhinestones are missing in my listing pictures. The flash DOES not obscure anything. 
In the listing as well, it does say that i have USED the purse. ANd you paid a fraction of what the purse would cost to buy brand new, so what do you expect??? If you want something BRAND NEW, then buy it from a store. Obviously you're taste requires perfection, so next time it seems it would make more sense to purchase PERFECTION. You just expect too much. I am NOT on the computer 24/7.  The way I packaged your item is concurrent to the amount I CHARGED for shipping. It doesn't sound like a knife went through the purse, so the packaging seems quite adequate. But again, from someone who expects too much, i completley understand why you're complaining.
