Should I or shouldn't I sell on ebay that is the question. If you are thinking about it here is a little advice. Although it is fun to sell on ebay it is very time consuming. You have to calculate how much does it really cost you to sell on ebay. You have to factor in ebay fees, paypal fees, shipping costs, shipping supplies, cost of goods, and how much time you have to spend on posting your items and keeping track of everything and answering E-mails. After all time is money :) Sometimes you can make alot of money and sometimes you only make a few bucks. I have to tell you those ebay fees add up very quickly and ebay tends to give more exposure to people who spend more money on their features like the stores and featured item pages. You also have to deal with some people who are not always very nice to deal with. Most of the people are great but there are those few who I believe just want someone to fight with. And also remember that no matter how hard you try you cannot please all the customers all the time. You can bend over backwards and they still will not be satisfied.

If you do decide to sell on ebay you have to make sure you keep good records of all your items so you ship the right stuff out to the right people and also keep track of who has paid you and who has not. Make sure you try and ship the items out as soon as possible and always put your policies in the description of every item you sell. One of the most important things you must also do is give as much of a detailed description as you can for every item you sell. Put down the color, the materials, the weight and measurements and any flaws the items may have. You must also run a good and honest business and treat your customers with respect so that they will want to continue to do business with you. Well thats some advice for you.
