I was listing some of my son's toys and could not remember the exact name of the toy but it had a tag with the company's website on it. I went to the website and the toy was there with a description which helped me list the item and describe it accurately. Other times I was listing an item and went to the company website to get more info on the item and have found an instruction booklet on the item that I could download and print out to include when I sell my item. Buyers really like getting instructions and find this helpful. So next time you are listing an item and can't remember the exact name of the item or you have lost the instructions, go to the mfg website and you may find just what you are looking for.
