)It really upsets me to see on Ebay items of perfume that clearly state on them "Sample" Not for Sale", isn't this NOT LEGAL? Why does Ebay allow this, I am a perfume aholic, I go to Macy's, Nordstoms and I pay for my favorite perfumes actual price, then to see "Testers" and samples on Ebay frost my a__! Someone is stealing these from the stores and making money off them! Where are these coming from and how? If a large Corporation like Lancome or Chanel does not allow this why is Ebay? There are more samples on Ebay being sold for $1.99 or $3.99 than Macy's or Nordstroms has anymore, you can hardly get a sample at the big stores anymore because they are out! I really would like an answer to this.
