Are you selling photography on eBay? There many ways to accomplish this. You can sell via auction, fixed price, and by eBay store. You can sell digital photography or traditional photography, old prints or even copies of old paintings. And you can sell photography in various formats such as the actual image graphic, printed photograph, framed photograph, eBook covers, wallpaper, eBook containing many graphic images, or many other ways. Really, the choices are unlimited, but you really should get started selling now!

For the amateur, you can get started selling your photographs very easily with eBay and through your own websites, just as easily as experienced Photographers are doing already! consider selling via auctions or eBay store, since eBay gets millions of visitors every day!  And if you are a seasoned eBayer, then you already know how well items sell on eBay!

First organize yourself. See what you would like to sell to get started in selling photography, how you are going to sell, what expenses you might have, how to package your photography, your options with eBay, getting a website started, and any other organizational ideal you might think of.

Get started on eBay selling. eBay has an easy step-by-step system to help you get started!

Get yourself a website! Learn some html or purchase a WYSIWYG html program such as "Microsoft FrontPage". Learn it! Purchase yourself a domain name and hosting services for the domain name and then get that site built!

What happens if you don't have the money now? Well you can do it a couple of ways then. You can usually get a 30 day trial on the eBay store which runs about $17.00 USD per month in the USA. List and sell with what you can afford, and try not to take any risks that you cannot afford! This means, not listing items for such low prices that you the seller do not recoup with your selling prices, so no penny sales for now. Gradually build up to what you can afford. You can have an eBay store before a website, and vice versa as well! If you search for a great domain seller, you can usually get a domain name for less than $10 USD per year and hosting can easily be inexpensive too, but make sure you size up the competition, prices, and what all you get before acquiring a host. Some domain sellers also sell hosting packages now and you can get the use of a WYSIWYG html editor and also professional graphics for about $4.95 per month access. It just depends on where you look to buy!

What else do you need to sell photography on eBay? We have overlooked the simple obvious answer. You can rent or borrow a camera if needed, but in the long run, you will need to have a camera. Preferably a digital camera. 3.1 mega pixels is the web standard, but you will need a 5.1 mega pixel camera or higher to capture quality photographs that are much higher quality and professional capability. The higher the mega pixels, the better, BUT this can be costly too! Don't forget the extras, a great flash, lenses, filters, and so forth will also be an incentive to purchase outright or work towards. You can do this as you sell and grow as a seller on eBay, so no worries! For those who can afford to BUY IT NOW, well, then what is stopping you? Start your own Photography experience and business with eBay and the World Wide Web!

And for extra advantage and help, look for our eBook called "Selling Photography on eBay!" written by Kris Williams. She really explains what you need to know about selling photography on eBay. And for those looking for the extra help with selling on websites, Kris has that covered too! Look for "Selling Photography on Websites!" Both are resell eBooks, meaning you can recoup your costs by reselling these eBooks; however you must apply for your FREE license to resell the eBooks, details of which are to be found within each eBook!

Good luck with selling photography on eBay! We hope we have give you the beginning steps to getting started!
