In the past two weeks I have come across a couple of buyers that do NOT read the ad ,don't understand what AS-IS as described means....no clue that tanks and used fuel lines can't be mailed...and have the right to dispute the transaction with Paypal with no merit to tying up my business finances for up to 45 days .Paypal where is your seller protection ? Sellers beware and very explicit about your item...It seems any one can hold up your money for any and all unjustified reasons.....Pay pal has been great ,a little pricey but always there until it comes to a seller complaint there is no where on the site for a seller to counter dispute......money orders and bank checks will be the new way, and save 2.9%...it may not be as fast but it certainly pays to wait...And thats all I have to say about that,,,tonite anyway
