I totally got screwed by Paypal. I sold and shipped an item promptly like I always do. (My feedback reflects this) The buyer emailed me and told me the items had arrived. 2 weeks later I get an email from paypal saying the buyer did not recieve the item. I was to provide a tracking number so Paypal could check on it. I did not have a tracking number so guess what? Even though the buyer confirmed reciept of his item he got a refund and I was out $50.00. Be sure if you are shipping an item get a tracking number or signature confirmation or you could get screwed too.
