First of all, I understand a reserve has to be set on some listings, But......
As a buyer, I have been interested in a few items that have had reserves, so I have had to email the buyer and wait for a response, most email me back with the amount, others have told me that they are not disclosing the amount. Meanwhile I have usally found a simular item to bid on and have lost interest in the item with the reserve, or haven't had time to get back to it. I guess what I am trying to get at is Sellers why does your reserve have to be a secert? Why not put it in you listing? I truly beleive that buyers will bid on your item faster if they know the bottom line and don't have to wait to hear from you. I work hard for my money, if your item is what I want I will pay your reserve, if your reserve is more that I want to spend why waist my time.
I hope if you are a seller and have read this you may think about putting your amount into your listings, if your a buyer and you agree with me please give me a yes vote
Thank you
I see that I'm getting a few didn't help votes, Sellers that hide their Reserve price must be reading this, Hopefully it makes you think about it anyhow.
