Okay, so I am tired of being ripped off and Paypal not backing me up. I have spoken to a few other Power Sellers with the same problems with the Seller Protection Policy as well.

Paypal states you must have proof of delivery of delivery confirmation/tracking. USPS doesn't offer this to Canada or Overseas. You must use: DHL, UPS, or FEDEX. These are the only companies that will honor overseas/international insurance and delivery confirmation with SIGNATURES!!!

Still yet, the overseas buyer can file a credit card chargeback and due to International Visa/mastercard regulations and laws the buyer will still get their money back even if they signed in their blood and gave the delivery man a DNA specimen.

USPS does offer insurance for International packages, but it doesn't cover non-delivery, only damage so if they are claiming non-receipt, then that does you absolutely no good!

DHL, UPS, & Fedex are exspensive to ship Overseas with - usually 2-3lbs is around $80-$100 for Shipment, Delivery Confirmation, Tracking, and Insurance, and this doesn't include the customs fees and taxes, import fees the buyer pays.

UPS Standard to Canada is cheap and fast! 2-4lbs is around $11-$15 and includes your Tracking, Delivery Confirmation, and Insurance, also they sign for the package. It normally takes my items 5 business days from here in TN to anywhere in Canada.

You are taking a risk anytime mailing Overseas. I have began only selling to my repeat overseas buyers in an effort to save myself time and money.

I recently proved shipment, receipt, had the buyer's signature, on items to Germany. She filed a Credit Card Chargeback and I am out $250.00 which I am still pursuing with UPS. Had I used USPS it would be completely over and I would be out the money.
