If an ebay Seller has a positive feedback rating of below 98% bid only the amount that you can afford to lose. The Paypal  insurance system concerning purchase coverage is bogged down with claims and it takes a long time (at least one month) to receive a refund for the item purchased if it is faulty or not as described there is so much red tape and so many forms to fill out that in my opinion from experience, it's best to avoid buying from Sellers with pos fb ratings below the 98% mark. Read the feedback comments made by Buyers and expect the same experience other Buyers have had with the Seller
