Her original Ad did not list the postage. 

Then she comes back and says it is $12.00 for western states.

She tries to charge me an additional 40% because she didn't get what she wanted on the sale.    Meaning she got a minimal bid. "lets make it up, gouge our buyers".      This is called lying and gouging.    She is a big seller, so Ebay won't touch her.

I wrote to her four times before she answered.  Only answered when I cancelled the sale.  

Just be sure and read the comments.  I am learning slowly if it is below 100 % read it.
