Back in 13 Dec 2006, I sent out 11 watches to a buyer whom has more than 200 positive feedbacks after he have paid me using Paypal. The buyer make a claim to Paypal saying "Non-receipt" on 15 Dec 2006 just 2 days after paying me. 

I have email the Fedex tracking to Paypal and also the buyer, but the buyer refuse to email me anymore after they have complain to Paypal. Paypal told me that my fund will be quite safe as I have ship to a verified address. I told Fedex to retrieve back my Parcel because I do not trust Paypal words. I know Paypal can promise you anything, and break the same promise any second after they have make it.

Due to my delay in retrieving the parcel, the buyer manages to sign for the Parcel. I summit the Fedex tracking again to Paypal to show them that my customers have received the watches. Paypal manage to give me back the fund in 10 Jan 2007.

I thought the whole episode is over, but in 20 Jan 2007 Paypal reverse the money again. This time Paypal claim that it was the credit card company that wants the fund back.

I lost a total of US$928 in my Paypal account, I lost 11 watches to a buyer who has intended to cheat me, I lost US$104 shipping the watch using Fedex and I lost my confident with Paypal.
