Consider using insurance and/or delivery confirmation when shipping an item to a BUYER. This is one way an item can be tracked to insure it's delivery. It will cost extra, but in the long run it will save you from a dishonest buyer.  Never use Flat Rate shipping w/out a delivery confirmation, or a signature confirmation it's NOT safe.  Avoid the BLACK HOLE experience w/the post office it can be very scarry!   A payment sent by mailing(money order, cashiers check) is more secure w/either signature or delivery confirmation to follow-up on your payment  received by the SELLER.
