I've read the guide from Ebay about second chance offers but I've been approached 3 times in as many unwon bids concerning second chance offers.  All these offers were on Industrial test equipment, most over $1,000.00.

The first was a complete surprise and I did respond, not monetarily but did indicate I was very interested.  After a few vague emails I began to get suspicious and did indeed report to EBAY and was told it was bogus.

It seems not only tractors, boats, etc. are being watched but any bid involving enough money to make it profitable.  Be aware of this and only respond to emails coming through "MY MESSAGES" on your EBAY page.
