Scammers and Hackers are getting better on making their e-mails look exactly like eBays. They are sending out second chance offers stating that the original buyer did not want the item or "dues to ebays policy" they MUST sell their item to you at your bid price. PLEASE do not fall for this. If you have any doubts then please log into ebay and check your messages. ALL second chance offers will show up there. If you have further questions then e-mail the seller through ebay. This wasy you will make sure that they sent it.
