I received an official eBay looking Second Chance offer after the auction I had bid on closed.  I lost.  The second chance deal advised me the person who won the auction couldn't pay due to family illness and I could have the Trek Time Trial Frame for my last auction price and free shipping.  The guy or gal is located in Oxford, London.  It was requested I send the payment via Western Union to:  Julia Fisher, 112 George Road, Oxford, OK1 2BO, UK. The e-mail address used by these scammers is: Hmaosal at aol.com.   Again, it looked exactly like the eBay pages.  Fortunately for me, the bike I was bidding on was located in the same town where I reside.  I have advised eBay of this and have offered to provide the name and e-mail address for them to investigate.
