 Hello, I'm Scooter....

Most of you,who sell on eBay are very upset with the new DSR - Detailed Seller Report.  My master is concerned with this topic too. So I started using this kitty brain of mine to help all of you out. Here's my idea !

 " Let's Educate Your Buyers On Five-Star Feedback Ratings "

Our Goal is to Provide Five Star Service!

Here's is just a example of course:

Thanks for your purchase! If you feel your shopping experience with us was less than FIVE-STAR, please contact us  before leaving feedback and give us the chance to make things RIGHT...

Or you could add something like this....

eBay will use the star rating to determine our fees and our visibility in the search results...

We strive to earn a FIVE-STAR feedback from you!

Communication                         

Shipping time                            

Shipping and handling charges    

Next step to educate.

Undercover, I slowly entered Buyer Chat Rooms on eBay and found out that they get upset alot with the following:

1. Shipping = High 

2. Delivery Time =  Slow or Long

 

I know what your thinking but your buyer may not see the real reasons. The key here is to educate...

Here's  example  for shipping cost.....

If you feel that shipping cost was to high:

There are additional expenses involved when shipping your package: (boxs, bubble wrapper, shipping tape,

shipping labels, printer ink, gas, etc). We do not unfairly inflate shipping cost.

Here's an example for delivery time....

If you feel that delivery time was to long:

We ship items 1-3 days after payment is received....unfortunately there are some delays that are out of our control: (weekends, holidays, slow carriers, bad weather, custom holdups etc). We want you to receive your item quickly and process your order as fast as we can.

 

We cats know alot more about human nature but that's another topic.... Just remember this.....

" A seller-who provides the best service to others on eBay has nothing to fear. "
