If you are bidding on a Car, Truck, Motorcycle Snowmobile, ect beware!!!!! Your bid is likely being watched by E-bay predators. Be very careful regarding any SECOND CHANCE OFFERS that you may receive. They will claim that the winning bidder did not pay for the item, usually give you some lame story about how they were an out of the country bidder and are offering you the chance to buy their product or a similar product. Buyers should know that any legitimate Second Chance Offer will come through your My Messages in your ebay mail account. Always check ebay before responding to a Second Chance Offer.Ebay customer service can always let you know weather this is legit. It wouldn't be a bad idea to ask the sender of the Second Chance Offer for a telephone number (BUT only if you can reach them through an ebay email address, not an outside email address.
