If you see auctions listed that contain scantily clad women, or even fully nude women, BEWARE!  This is a scam that has been infecting Ebay for some time now.  They normally are accompanied by very poorly written english.  What happens is when you click on the auction to check it out (or HER out!), you are sent to what APPEARS to be the Ebay login screen.  What it ACTUALLY does is re-routes you to an outside website made to LOOK like Ebay's login page, where it gleans both your i.d. AND your password, gaining access to your account, and all it's personal information contained within.  Be sure to check the URL, so that you are loggin in to Ebay and not a fake site!
  So, what do you do if you run across one?  Right-click on the auction, and select "copy Link Location".  Within that link is the auction's item number (a 12-digit number).  Send a contact message to Ebay (select "HELP, CONTACT US, LISTING VIOLATIONS, FRAUDULENT LISTINGS,SUSPECT A LISTING IS FRAUDULENT..., EMAIL US"), containing that item number, they will investigate, and shut down the auction.  I have been doing this for months now, and encourage everyone to do the same, when you find one.  Ebay has been responding accordingly, in MOST situations.  However, they are sluggish in reacting in many cases.
  At the very least, DO NOT CLICK ON THESE AUCTIONS!!!
